Five years ago, the founder, Jeff, was donning a shirt and tie, crunching numbers in an accounting department somewhere. But, his dream had always been to create something of his own, and he had always loved food. To serve people good food? Even better.
He thought of the idea for The Good Fish because he had always loved eating raw sashimi, but there was not a casual restaurant to get high quality sashimi. Something affordable in a relaxed atmosphere, where people can have some fun with the food. Beyond that he wanted to offer asian fare that would be popular with the whole family.
